Medical Management RCM collects the business contact and practice information you voluntarily provide through this website to respond to your inquiry, assess service fit, prepare an RCM audit, and communicate about relevant services.
Information we collect
This may include your name, practice name, business email, phone number, specialty, state, provider range, billing-volume range, software platform, referral data, and technical information such as IP address and browser details used for security and site operation.
How we use and share information
We use this information for business-to-business communications, service delivery, security, analytics, and legal compliance. We do not sell lead information. We may share it with contracted service providers that support hosting, communications, security, or customer relationship management under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or when disclosure is required by law.
No PHI through public forms
Do not submit patient names, medical record numbers, insurance identifiers, diagnoses, treatment details, or other protected health information through this website. If an assessment requires PHI, we establish an appropriate Business Associate Agreement and approved secure exchange method first.
Retention and choices
We retain lead information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described, legitimate business records, security, and applicable legal requirements. You may request access, correction, deletion, or an end to marketing communications by contacting hello@medmgmtrcm.com. Certain records may be retained where required by law or legitimate operational needs.
